How we work

1. Audit and Design of Approach

We’ll conduct a deep dive into your career goals, identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. This assessment will inform a tailored career plan aligned with your personal and professional aspirations.

Together, in a one day workshop, we’ll create a clear and actionable plan outlining activities and dependencies steps to achieve your goals. This includes identifying target sectors, employers, and potential networking opportunities.
