Introduction & Guidance

As part of the Financial Services Roundtable, we’re collecting short, attributed case studies and insights that illustrate how senior leaders are driving disability inclusion across financial services.

Your contribution will help shape the post-event report and highlight practical examples of leadership in action – from strategy and culture to customer experience and community impact.

What to share:

  • A short case study, quote, or leadership insight connected to disability inclusion (approx 250 words)
  • A high quality image to go alongside the case study (png format, with supporting alt text)
  • Examples of programmes, policies, or initiatives led or championed by senior leadership
  • Reflections on what has worked, what you’ve learned, or what’s changing in your organisation
  • Any data points or outcomes (e.g. “25% increase in disclosure rates”, “launched inclusive recruitment toolkit”)

Guidelines:

  • Keep entries concise – maximum 250 words (around half a page)
  • Include an attributed quote (name and role)
  • You may upload supporting links, images or documents
  • Submissions can be made before, during, or after the Roundtable
