ImpactMatch is seeking experienced leaders to chair and facilitate peer groups for CEOs and senior executives. These groups meet monthly to exchange insights, challenge thinking, and support each other in making better decisions for their organisations and themselves. Alongside the group work, you’ll provide tailored one-to-one executive mentoring that creates real impact.

We work with trusted partners to provide a proven framework, comprehensive onboarding, and ongoing support to set you up for success. This is more than a typical NED role. It’s purposeful, flexible, commercially rewarding and, for many, the most fulfilling chapter of their career.

What you bring

We’re looking for leaders who are:

  • Former CEOs, business owners or senior executives with board-level and P&L responsibility
  • Entrepreneurial in spirit, with the drive to grow and sustain a thriving peer group
  • Skilled facilitators who can balance support with challenge
  • Natural relationship-builder with a strong professional network
  • Self-starter, comfortable operating with flexibility and autonomy
  • Passionate about learning and mentoring, and committed to helping others succeed
  • Purpose-driven, with a strong professional network and ability to build trusted relationships
  • Ready to step back from day-to-day firefighting and design a flexible, meaningful portfolio career that keeps you connected to real-world leadership challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and shape a group of senior leaders from non-competing organisations
  • Facilitate monthly peer group meetings on leadership and business challenges
  • Deliver tailored 1:1 mentoring and coaching sessions
  • Maintain group growth and member value through ongoing learning and connection
  • Continue your own development with access to expert-led learning and a community of peers
