About the role
As an HR Business Partner for The Elliot Foundation’s London cluster, you’ll be at the heart of a people-first Trust making a real difference in primary education. This is a part-time role delivered with another HR Business Partner. Each of you will have your own designated group of schools within the cluster, enabling focused and tailored support across the region.
You’ll work directly with Headteachers and senior leaders across our schools, offering expert HR advice, managing complex employee relations issues, and supporting confident decision-making. This is a strategic, school-facing role within a collaborative HR team known for its insight and impact. With dedicated HR Leads in each school and a strong support model in place, you’ll help shape an outstanding people experience that supports children’s learning and staff development.
about you
You’re a skilled HR professional with solid experience in employee relations and a sound understanding of employment legislation. Whether CIPD-qualified or bringing equivalent experience, you thrive on complexity, build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, and have a proactive, problem-solving approach.
Comfortable navigating change and confident advising on everything from restructures to TUPE, you’re a clear communicator with a collaborative mindset. Above all, you share our belief in putting children first and supporting the people who make that happen.
